This model is equipped with OD grinding wheel 405mm and ID grinding spindle, which guarantee to significantly increase grinding efficiency and accuracy of multiple faces workpieces.
The KG-500LE machine model features two independent spindles, along with one large external grinding wheel and one internal grinding wheels. The large external grinding wheel is used for end face grinding, while the one independent grinding wheels are used for rough and finish grinding of internal diameters. This integrated setup allows for continuous processing, saving machining time, and ensuring greater precision and accuracy in workpiece processing.

- Free to apply various grinding wheel upon workpeices, which is a perfect choice for high accuracy and complicated workpieces.
- Possible to have lathe module, which allows to decrease stock removal quickly for time and wheel saving.
