The KG-410SR machine model features dual grinding wheel spindles with a center frame assembly, allowing for the grinding of workpieces with a depth of up to 410mm. The spindle head positions can be adjusted as needed to accommodate different workpiece requirements. Additionally, the slide angle adjustment range is from 0° to +15°, offering flexibility in the machining process to meet specific workpiece specifications.
Wide span design with rigid roller type linear way
Four linear ways with 12 blocks to make sure axial rigidity and stability.
With 1 V 1 Flat box way design and non-stop oil supplying system for rails to make sure grinding straightness and lower friction coefficient during movement.
Easy to move workhead upon length of workpeices
